A lot of preparation work went into crafting recommendations for the upcoming SMU website refresh. A student survey was conducted in January 2014, with the goal to collect information about how current students use the website and how they used the website for information when they were learning about Samuel Merritt University. Another survey was conducted in April of 2014, continuing research about what kind of information current and prospective students look for on our website. Both surveys informed the direction as communicated to our design company.
